 Installation Instructions:

1. Pre-drill a 3/16″ pilot hole through the deck board (not into the joist)

2. Fit the Starborn setting tool with the included DECK bit

3. Using a standard drill (not an impact driver), drive the screw at high speed

4. Wait for the “pop” sound — this indicates proper screw depth

5. Insert the plug and tap gently with a smooth-faced hammer until flush
