Simple Installation Workflow

1. MEASURE AND VERIFY
   Confirm your dimensions. Ensure the top of your installed post is cut square, clean, and free of protruding splinters. Double-check your post sizing (3.5″ or 5.5″) to match your selected cap size.
2. POSITION THE CAP
   Seat the trim. Place the TITAN Aluminum Post Cap firmly onto the top of the post, pressing downward until it sits completely level and tight against the end-grain.
3. DRIVE FASTENERS
   Secure the assembly. Insert the included color-matched screws into the pre-drilled side countersunk holes. Fasten using a standard screwdriver or a drill on a low-torque setting; do not over-tighten to avoid cracking the cast aluminum housing.
