Specifically designed for PVC and Composite Decking and cladding. Compatible with leading brands including Trex, Fiberon, Deckorators, MoistureShield, and more.

- Fast Starting Auger Tip: The Type 17 auger tip provides immediate engagement and clears debris during drive-in to prevent board splitting.
- Secure Star Drive: An extra deep T-20 Star Drive recess eliminates cam-out and ensures maximum torque transfer.
- ACQ Approved: Fully certified for use in ACQ and other types of pressure-treated lumber.

TOOL COMPATIBILITY (Sold Separately)
- SMART-BIT® Depth Setter Tool: Highly recommended for achieving a perfectly uniform finish. It ensures every screw is driven to the exact same depth every time.
PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION WORKFLOW
- Standard Pattern: Install two screws per joist.
- Predrilling: Recommended for all applications and mandatory when fastening within 1" from the end of a board to prevent cracking.
- Driving: Drive the screw until it is flush with the decking surface. Do not overdrive.
- Coastal Environments: For projects directly on the saltwater coast, Grade 316 Stainless Steel fasteners are recommended.
