KIT SPECIFICATIONS & COVERAGE
- Coverage: One box (100 pc.) covers approximately 50 lineal feet (at 12" on-center spacing) or 75 lineal feet (at 18" on-center spacing).
- Compatibility: Specifically designed for use with 1/2" to 3/4" composite or PVC fascia profiles.
PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION WORKFLOW
- Pre-drilling (Mandatory): Use the specialized Starborn® Fascia Tool (sold separately). Drill until the free-spinning stop collar stops rotating to ensure the correct hole diameter and depth.
- Driving the Fastener: Use a standard power drill. Drive the screw until it is snug. Avoid impact drivers.
- Expansion Fit: Do not overtighten. The fascia board should "hang" from the screw to allow for lateral movement and prevent cracking.
