Professional Installation Workflow

• Step 1: Pre-drilling
  For the cleanest finish on Eva-Last® boards, use the Smart-Bit® for Pro Plug®. This creates the exact pilot hole and counterbore depth needed, preventing "mushrooming" and ensuring the plug sits perfectly flush.
• Step 2: Drive with Precision
  Use a standard power drill with the included T20 Star Drive bit (strictly avoid impact drivers). Drive the Starborn® screw until the Auto-Stop™ mechanism engages. You will hear a distinct “pop” or click, confirming the screw is set at the precise 1/4" depth.
• Step 3: Secure the Plug
  Insert the color-matched plug. For a seamless look, align the grain of the plug with the Eva-Last® board's texture. Tap gently with a smooth-faced hammer or plastic mallet until flush.
