The new “Evolution” Structural Wood Post Anchor elevates appearance and performance to new heights. Now you can show off beautiful wood posts and get higher performance. For its size, it’s one of the most unassuming yet strongest surface-mounted wood post anchors you will find. Stand-alone 42″ 4×4 posts are rated to a minimum of 500 lbs on concrete when installed according to our Engineering Reports.

Where to use
Designed and tested for use on concrete. It could also be used on stone with appropriate anchoring fasteners. It has not been tested on wood-frame surfaces, so use caution and we would recommend using a wood install kit at a minimum. You cannot assume that the concrete test loads are transferrable to a wood-framed structure. -
Applications
It is a highly effective solution for privacy panels, pergolas, pavilions, and similar structures on hard surfaces where stringent performance and aesthetic standards are required. -
