The DeckOutlet.ca Refunds and Returns Policy explains how we handle refunds, returns, and exchanges. We strive to ensure this process is simple and fair for every customer.

Inspect your order immediately after delivery to ensure it is accurate and in good condition.

    • Contact us within 48 hours if you find any damaged or incorrect items.
    • Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
  2. Non-Returnable Items:

    • Used, cut, or installed items cannot be returned.
  3. Replacements:

    • We will replace incorrect or damaged items at no extra cost. However, if you request additional deliveries unrelated to the error, fees may apply.

  1. Eligible Returns:

    • You can return select in-stock products, like TivaDek, with a 15% processing fee, subject to inspection.
  2. Non-Returnable Items:

    • Special-order materials, wood products, and discontinued items are final sale.
    • Dirty, weathered, or damaged items will not be accepted.

Refunds Policy

  1. When Refunds Apply:

    • Refunds are available for damaged or incorrect items reported within 48 hours of delivery.
    • Items that fail to meet return conditions are not eligible for refunds.
  2. Processing Refunds:

    • We issue refunds to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
  3. Non-Refundable Fees:

    • Delivery fees are not refundable.

    • Items must remain unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
    • We cannot accept returns for products that are altered or dirty.

    • You must return items to our location. If you need a pickup service, additional fees will apply.
